Keep the robot running

A service robot works in dust, water and among people, and wears in places nobody sees until they fail: brushes, seals, wheels, sensors and the battery. A maintenance plan exists so those parts are changed before the machine stops in the middle of a shift.
Scheduled inspection
We come twice a year, or more often if the machine runs three shifts. We measure battery capacity, clean and calibrate the sensors, change consumables and check whether the working plan is still correct after the space has been rearranged.
When something stops
Report the fault by phone or e-mail first. Some faults we settle remotely, because most machines send a work log. If a visit is needed we come within the time the contract sets, and we keep the parts that fail most often in stock.
We service machines bought elsewhere too, provided the manufacturer still supplies parts. If they do not, we will say so before we come out.
Frequently asked
- What is the response time?
- It is set by contract. Forty eight hours for a site visit is usual, with a remote check the same day.
- Do you service machines bought elsewhere?
- Yes, as long as the manufacturer still supplies parts. We check that before coming and tell you if parts are gone.
- What does a scheduled inspection cover?
- Battery capacity, sensor cleaning and calibration, replacement of consumables, and a check of the working plan after changes to the space.
- How long is the warranty on a fitted part?
- Twelve months on the part and on the labour, from the day it was fitted.
