Interproactive d.o.o. of Samobor sells, rents and services humanoid robots, robotic mowers and cleaning robots. We do not sell robots for their own sake: the job is to make the machine work in your space, alongside your staff and on your schedule.

What we do

Alongside supply we assess the space, prepare the quotation, map the space, set routes and zones, put the robot to work and train your staff. The quotation includes the robot, charging dock, setup and training, and rental is an alternative to buying.

We work with several manufacturers, so the recommendation follows your job rather than one brand. We choose humanoids, mowers and cleaning machines by space, floor, schedule and the number of people working there.

Service

Spares for the brands we represent are held in stock in Rijeka. Critical items, control boards and encoder batteries, ship the same day. Customers on a maintenance contract get a 24 hour response in Croatia and 48 hours in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with remote diagnostics before anyone drives out.

How we work

The first step is an assessment of the space: we check floors, thresholds and layout and judge which robot makes sense and which does not. If we conclude a robot does not make sense there, we will say so before quoting.
